Meet the Founder
Founder and Head Olive Oil Taster of Taste Earth, Thalia Papadopoulou is a food enthusiast with a passion for superior quality extra virgin olive oil.
A food scientist with a degree from the University of West Attica, she was later accredited in olive oil tasting at the Kalamata Olive Oil Taste Laboratory of the University of Peloponnese.
For Thalia, every olive oil tasting experience must be educational, yet ultra-fun, and most importantly enlightening: focusing not on the product itself, but our personal sensory experience when we taste it.
Thalia’s events are designed with the ultimate goal that her guests leave with a new-found appreciation for the sense of taste, and the pure enjoyment of culinary delights.
