She provided a deep understanding of extra virgin olive oil, aromatic notes, and methods for tasting and storing olive oil. She walked us through the process step by step, as we learned to distinguish quality and rancid oils, and how to pair them with food. Tahlia noticed I was cold and brought out blankets to ensure I was comfortable. She answered many questions thoroughly.
